It’s raining in my town. Even when it says rainy season is over… it still rains. :I
I like this outfit a lot, but its not my most worn one. I have other outfits that I plan on drawing.

Description: Considered the Idol Mayor of her town, Tutu is friendly and helpful but can be jealous if someone has something she doesn’t have, and if she does have something one doesn’t have, she indirectly flaunts it in their faces.
Everything is a competition to her such as catching all the different fish, bugs, and sea creatures that are in season and making sure they are the biggest record.
Fashion is what she loves doing, as typical outfits found in Abel, Sabel, and Labelle just won’t cut it so she looks for QR codes from outside resources.
Her favorite item and most prized possession to wear is the 1mil bell Crown, but for now she’s wearing the Jacob’s Ladder as proof she currently has a perfect town.
With her short blonde hair and eyelash-less eyes, she can easily cross-dress as a guy.
